For your first carved cake, this is AWESOME! What did you use for the windshield, a gelatin sheet? If you liked doing the sculpted car cakes, I HIGHLY recommend Mike McCarey’s Cakenology Vol 1 DVD. He shows the process he uses for making car cakes and it really changed the way I make cakes (car and otherwise)!
