Thanks for your lovely comments😊 unfortunately the bike is not edible. On my cakes if possible I like to use some editional materials that can stay with the party owner. For this one, I found a picture of his bike and also found an electrician thar specializes on carving figures on hard plastic like clear plexiglass. He made a stand for it and placed colored led light between the plastic and the stand. I carved a rectangular cake to fit it in and All done! Now it’s sitting on his nightstand to remind him the surprise party.
