Thank you all so much! This was a 6-8-10 if I remember correctly… The topper is made of fondant w tylose added to make gumpaste. I use Satin Ice fondant for all of my toppers as mmf or even Fondx is too soft. To make them stand I use lollipop sticks.. I think your problem might be your fondant though. Some just do not get hard, no matter what you do! Hope this helps!
