Sorry you had trouble with fondant! i have never used fondx but i always use “The Mat” when i roll fondant, i am never confident with fondant and always panic before i roll it but using the mat really helps me, it doesn’t seem to crack or split, maybe this would help? your finished cake looks lovely anyway!!
