Hi CakesCookiesandMore, I use darker paste in the centre. I mix up the darker paste, make the centre 2 petals and then the next 3, then take the remaining paste and add in 50% quantity of white paste, then make the next 5 petals, then add in another 50% quantity of white paste and do the next 7. And so on.
