The bottom of the giant cupcake is made of white chocolate, tinted with blue (oil based) food colouring. I have a silicone giant cupcake mould. I melted the white chocolate, tinted it, poured it into the silicone mould, ran it around the mould, right up to the top and put it in the freezer. After about 5mins I took it out of the freezer, peeled the sides of the mould down and hey presto! You have a perfect case for your giant cupcake!
