Thanks to you both. Toni, piping is what I do best. I sooooo want to take a class doing the Lambeth Method of cake design, but those kinds of classes are far and few between. I know that Kathleen Lang has her boot camp classes, but she is way out in California and it’s just not realistic for me to take a trip out there when I am more of a hobby baker. She is supposed to be working on some DVDS and I told her I wanted on her mailing list as soon as they are done. That, I can do.
