Thank you Karen. They were a huge hit at the party I took them to. I adapted this recipe http://www.browneyedbaker.com/2011/05/05/margarita-cupcakes-cinco-de-mayo/
But I replaced the lime juice with 1 cup frozen margarita mix (thawed) and I brushed the cupcakes with triple sec as well as tequila. I also did a swiss meringue buttercream with fresh lime juice and tequila instead of the standard buttercream. They were delicious!
