Hello all my name is Monique Salazar and I’m new to blogging. I’m currently a full-time student while doing cakes on the side. Before becoming a student I was in the Air Force for seven years and wanted a chance to spend more time at home with my family so I didn’t reenlist but enrolled in culinary school for baking and pastry. This has always been a passion for me since I love art and baking and what better to do than put them together. I’m still learning new things every cake so join me on my journey with my cake creations.
