Wow Lesley! What else can I say that has not already been said….Your cakes are amazing!! I too am self taught and always searching the web for new or correct techniques on cake decorating. I have a full time job, so only being able to bake on the weekends makes it a challeng! So glad to hear you have tutorials on FB…that’s where I’m headed!
