I’d love to give it a try and like the idea. I’ve got lots of questions.
What does it taste like?? And I’ve just watched your tutorial on covering a cake with melted sugars silk. It looks really easy, and I’m guessing the flatter the ganache or buttercream layer, the smoother the finish. But what happens to all the mix that falls off the cake? Can you catch it under the turntable and use it again, or is it no good and ends up wasted? Thinking it might be an expensive way to cover a cake if you can’t use it again.
