If you are strictly referring to the structure of the cake, than yes you could definitely modify it to suit a different bike. As for the rest of the tutorial though, it would be quite challenging. I mean, you could use the basic principles and concepts, however, you would not be able to use the course material from the tutorial because it has templates, guides, measurements and weights for parts that are specifically for the cruiser type bike. Basically, you wouldn’t be able to follow the tutorial exactly step by step but you could get ideas from it.
