Thank you Maxine!! :D If you mean the glitter on the center of the flower… the center is made of a cone of gumpaste and with a scissors you make indentations to form the “spikes”… then, when it is dry, it can be painted with silver disco dust and confectioners glaze mix :D I hope I answered your question :D
