Thank you all! I’ve been doing almost all sculpted cakes but now learning to make tiered, non-sculpted cakes better. In my opinion and experience so far, sculpted cakes are a lot easier for me! So much respect for those for you who make beautiful wedding cakes. I hope to be able to one day! Finding the time to even experiment is hard though.
