Loving him, he is adorable. I also love sugar work. I took a class in pulled and blown sugar from Chef Ewald Notter in 2000. I have all of the equipment but no one in my area is willing to pay the price for this type of work. So I only occasionally do something in sugar just for myself and practice so I don’t forget what I have learned.
