I was having the same problem with mine! I heard that you need to either print something once a week, or do a manual clean (Not sure what that means for your printer) if you aren’t going to be using it for a while, as the edible ink produces a build up in the mechanism…
The clean is pretty easy on mine, but it is disappointing with the way they advertise these things!
