Awe – thanks for the lovely comments. This cake was in our order book for nearly a year, and those flowers were constantly on the back of my mind – being SO far out of my comfort zone!!! The best money I spent was on a Craftsy class on sugar orchids. Can thoroughly recommend to anyone who is dipping their toe into the world of sugar flowers 😀
