This wedding cake was created for a couple that themed their wedding after the Tim Burton Movies. The top tier is corps bride, middle Frankenweenie and bottom tier Nightmare Before Christmas. The cake is made without Gluten.. Cup for cup gluten free flour… works like a charm! Sugar figurines, isomalt moon, wafer paper butterflies.

A little about the wedding reception… The table centre were miniature topiaries themed after Edward Scissors Hands. During the reception the head table recreated the scene Day- Oh Scene from the Beetlejuice Movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdarzAOvLXM – 2 mins into it.
