I made this cake for my father-in-law who turned 80. The colour scheme for the dinner party was cream and green. This is a 9" chocolate cake with coconut pecan filling and iced in butter icing. White chocolate shards decorate the sides of the cake, and chocolate truffles adorn the top of the cake.
