My Icing Smiles, Inc. cake for last weekend was for a young trooper named Brayden. Baby Brayden was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. His official diagnosis is Double Outlet Right Ventricle, Coarctation of the Aorta, and a hypo-plastic left ventricle. I was able to have the honor of meeting the little super hero when we took the cake to them and he was absolutely adorable. Such a sweet, sweet, and can i say SWEET boy.

The cake is superhero themed . Dark Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling, covered in semi-sweet chocolate ganache and then fondant. The figures are toys that we have added onto the cake as our small present to baby Brayden.
