I really enjoyed making this isomalt peacock cake as I had never done anything like this before. The bottom was a 10 inch high by 12 inch wide round with an 8 inch sphere on top and then the peacock, so it stands about 20 inches tall. I loved playing with the different effects and can’t wait to do something like this again ;)
