This is the first ever freestanding cake ive made. I made it for my husbands birthday, its a chocolate and orange cake covered in milk chocolate gananch and the all the details are made from ready to roll icing. Im pretty happy with how he turned out. He was made to stand by using dowels though out and different lengths to support two inner broads.
