Thought i’d share one of my latest cakes with you, it was made for a young lady who does Irish Dancing, she was in a dancing competition last weekend in Dublin & had no idea whatsoever that she was getting a cake like this for her birthday…what a surprise she got when I delivered it on her birthday… :-)
