100% buttercream Wiz Of Oz cake in 2-tier 6 & 10-in. frost top tier in blue 2-tone and outline hot air balloon w. toothpick and fill in w/ BC~ smooth w/ finger dipped in h20. out line again in red. bottom basket of balloon is black bc.
out line brick road w/ toothpick and spatula. Fill in outline w/ #3 white buttercream. pipe poppies w. #103 red BC and black grass centers w/ tip #3~ 2-tone green around flowers.
Pipe Top emerald city using a cut out plastic form from a lid for more support w/ soft BC. #10 bag w/ coupler pipe green tubes~ smooth out top w/ damp finger~ sprinkle w/ edible green glitter.
Pipe witches legs and feet at base of cake tier in white and black bc.
Pipe #4 white clouds around top tier.

At event, I placed figurines around cake and make #1 dozen rainbow cupcakes.
