So this is a cake I made for Team Canada – Junior Team, which participated in the Maccabia 2013. The Jersey is a replicate of their team jersey. Around the cake I displayed an edible filmstrip, containing pictures from the team’s first game in the Maccabia. Each player could see himself on the edible filmstrip.
Eventually Team Canada took the gold for the Junior Team!!! They loved the cake – all chocolate with buttercream and ganach filling.
