My youngest daughter is fanatical about Giant Pandas – she loves them!! Our only holiday we have booked so far this year is to go to Edinburgh so we can see the newly arrived ones at the zoo!

I always ask the girls what they want on their cake each time, but regretted it when I was given a book full of PHOTOS of pandas!! I can do characters and line drawing cartoon type pictures, but how on earth could I reproduce a photograph on a cake!? I’m no artist! So royal icing and painting later – this was the result and I am so pleased with it and I have to say – so is my daughter!!
