This was my first 4 tier cake, 4", 6", 8" & 10" :) The top two tiers were Red Velvet with White Chocolate Ganache & the bottom two tiers were Vanilla filled with Vanilla Buttercream & White Chocolate Ganache on the outside :)
The Eiffel Tower is not edible – my husband actually made it on a 3D printer – it took around 7 hours to print! but looked amazing :) Kaylynn’s mum asked me to make her a princess but more ‘toddler’ like – so that was fun to do :) This is one of those cakes that make me smile when I see it & think ‘did I really make that!?’ :) I think it’s been a turning point for me.
