At first, a friend asked me a cake inspired by the movie Avatar.

It was a challenge for me because it was the first gumpaste cake i made!

I first wanted to find a toy: the direhorse of Pandora … But I have not found! So I modeled it totally in gumpaste. then I paint it.

I wanted to replicate the flora of this amazing planet … Everything is sugar except the birthday candles!

Inside the cake is alternating layers of sponge cake and chocolate cream.
