During the school holidays, I taught my 11 year old the process of making something out of fondant (whether it’s a big cake or small cupcake topper).
First shape design, then colour co-ordination, making a template of your drawing, internal structure, and then the assembly.
We made Owl and Pussycat cupcakes. No gluten, no dairy, no eggs and no nuts. Chocolate mud with real raspberry topping.
