The main cake is Yellow cake with a chocolate mousse filling and a vanilla SMB. The sky & mountain are carved out of chocolate cake. The horse is RCT covered in white gum paste & painted with pearl dust & coloring. Everything else is fondant or gum paste.

My 6yo client was very specific: She wanted a Brown & White spotted horse, with a sun, a fence, and a mountain on the side with snow on top…I think I got most of it just right and she seemed very happy with the end result ;).
