I used the mini ball cake pan by wilton and wonder mold by wilton to make this cake. Fairly easy to put together. Put the mini balls a few inches apart from the wonder mold. Make sure they pretty much even on both sides.
I bought a baby foot mold. Used gumpaste for foot, I applied the foot to the belly with buttercream. Made a small ball and shaped it on the belly. Covered foot, belly button and the rest in buttercream and then fondant. Used a cake pop stick to make belly button hole. Made a ruffled skirt with dowel rods to make the gathers. Flower was made with a 2 different size daisy press cutter. Bikini top was done from a template I printed from online. I used edible pearls to decorate bikini bra and a small flower mold I used a strip mold to make the bikini strings. Used edible glue to apply accents, bikini strings, and flower.
