Mollie's 8th birthday cake

This cake was for my little girls 8th birthday. She came up to me one day with a drawing of a cake and said ‘mummy, do you think I could have a cake like this for my birthday?’ Well how could I not do it!!

The orange and turquoise are her favourite colours and she just loves animals prints. I added the 8 on top and the orange ribbon as a little extra.

The top tier is vanilla sponge and chocolate buttercream and the bottom tier is a moist chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge frosting!
