2-layer 10-in round frosted in BC. Put mound of BC icing on top middle. Make orange rose on nail for center, and pipe yellow and blue mums, white peonies, and 2-tone brown drop flowers on top. Add green leaves in 2-tone if possible. On sides pipe some stems w/ small yellow and black dots at end of stems. Leaf tip #352 for top and bottom boarders.
