I loved making this cake!
It’s the first cake I have used my new airbrush on, and the effect I got for the topper was great I shall be using the airbrush a lot more.
This cake was for a lovely couple, for whom the Machu Picchu mountain in Peru held a special memory and they wanted an usual topper for a traditional cake. All three tiers are fruit and the topper is made from rice krispies so is edible as well.
