I am very proud of this cake as it is only my second attempt at a tiered cake. The cake needed to be a simple as possible so getting the icing looking smooth with no imperfections was a challenge.
Bottom tier was rum and raisin cake, 3rd tier was chocolate orange, 2nd tier Madagascan vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and too tier was signature chocolate sponge.
