Thank you! It’s chocolate fondant, to make it shiny I used steam and yes they are fresh flowers…

salute! i always have problems covering cakes with choc fondant as I find the texture is softer than the other colours and there tend to be more air bubbles on the surface. you’ve done an excellent job :D
