This cake was made for a friend’s niece who has just turned two. It’s vanilla sponge cake filled and covered with vanilla buttercream. Both the sky and mountains are airbrushed. The mountains were later accented with edible petal dust. The stars and the letters were coloured with petal dust as well. Doraemon was made using fondant (which was dyed blue) and cmc.
I also made matching cupcakes, which I will be uploading next.
