Hi meet Stitch who is named by my kids.

This is the first Grooms cake I gave ever made and I made it as a surprise for our friend who was getting married yesterday. We are in Scotland so not much call for a Grooms cake.

The Stag is made from RKT covered in fondant and airbrushed (My first time airbrushing) the tree stump is Chocolate sponge with chocolate Ganache for the bark.
