This was made for a friend’s 38th birthday. The basketball and 8" cake are red velvet cake covered with chocolate ganache then fondant. The football is RKT covered with ganache. The hockey puck is RKT covered with ganache and fondant. The baseball is red velvet cake covered with white candy melts. All designs (except the sugar printed skyline) are either hand painted or hand cut.
