I screamed with joy when I got this cake request! I am a minion fan, well the whole world is! So to make one in cake was the icing on the cake! I wanted to stand him up and make him look like he was just about to say “bottom, hehehehehe”!

Tim is 100% edible (except his support structure). He was so much fun to build and sketch and then make. From the moment he was covered in yellow and his mouth carved, he was a minion and then he got dressed and I was hooked! I decided to add a birthday cupcake at the end and I loved this little touch.

A dozen minion cupcakes were also made and I like to think of them as the minion army!

The cake is white chocolate raspberry mud cake.
