This cake certainly was technically challenging to say the least, but I was determined to make it as close to the picture I was given, as possible.
It is an ancient Mojnir Pendant, which represents Thor’s Hammer.
The reports back from my client were most encouraging
It was a Lemon, Lime and Coconut cake, filled with lemon and white chocolate buttercream (egg free, gluten free and dairy free).
