A “Princess Cake” for my husband’s niece. Strawberry cake layers with strawberry butter-cream filling. The entire gown and the bodice are handmade and completely edible. The ruffles edged in edible gold, the over skirt, mini roses, bodice all handmade out of fondant and dusted with edible pearl dust. The whole cake stood about 12 inches high. Hope you like it!
