My neice, Sydney, and her cousin, Paige, had a beach party for their 14th birthday. It was extremely hot and humid this year so I don’t know what I was thinking using marshmallow fondant for the mermaids! Not that it mattered much – both of the girls litte brothers ate the mermaids as soon as nobody was looking. And the cake was a huge hit!
