I made this cake for my brother’s wedding, he wanted to be riding his mountain bike (!!!) whereas my sister-in-law hinted she wanted something traditional… The finished result was a reversible cake, it was a tricky job ensuing nothing could be seen from the front. I kept my idea a secret so it was a wonderful surprise on their wedding day xx
