I have falling hard for Lavender and a friend of mine ordered Organic Edible Culinary Lavender Buds for her handmade Truffles, so I used some in this cheesecake and it smelled heavenly and tasted just as good. I used her technique of steeping the buds over hot water and then strained and what was left was a concentrated liquid of lavender heaven I used it in my batter and wow, subtle, just delicious Thanks to Purple Haze Lavender Farm I created something different to add to the many different flavors in my menu of Extraordinary Deserts.
