This is my 27th birthday cake. It is stacked 6 inch cakes, vanilla sponge, white chocolate mud cake, and white almond sour cream cake, filled and covered with vanilla bean buttercream and then covered in fondant. The head was carved into the dome shape. This is my first large covered piece and definitely a learning experience. All details were handmade in fondant.
