Birthday cake made for my son (19). He loves China themes, so I tried this piece. Modelling of the dragon was a nice experience, in the end it measures 75 cm (20 inches). Dragon body from Smartflex-Flower Black, decorations made from black and white royal icing. Cake body red colored, filled with chocolate ganache and liquor cream, covered by fondant with thin marzipan base.
