The design is an adaptation from Cotton and Crumb’s signature rose and lace design as requested by the bride. The roses was made with the help of Tracy James’ tutorial at Cakemasters.com
Originally we wanted to use just lace molds, until I saw The beautiful stencils at Gateaux Inc. After the stencil was done, we handpiped with royal icings and added some sugar pearls to make it pop.
