My little girl turned 6 today and she wanted a Smurf cake with swans a river and mushrooms. Everything is hand made, and its all edible except the wire in the flowers. All smurfs are made from gumpaste, ditto all other decorations. Smurf house roof and cake board are covered in RKT then fondant. Thanks billions to Sarah from The Cake Tin for the brilliant idea with texturing the grass. Have to say I’m glad this cake is finished and eaten it seemed to take forever only being able to squeeze the modelling in between other cakes.
