This cake was created to celebrate Belkin’s sponsorship of the former Blanco cycling Team. Cake size 40 servings. Vanilla cake, strawerry fulling and milk chocolate ganache, decorated with fondant. I used Belkin’s Official Replica Jersey for inspiration.
